2. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A. Information You Provide to Us: We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, We collect without limitation, Your name, email, telephone number, date of birth, or street address ("Personal Information").
If You have provided Us with means of contacting You, We may use such means to communicate with You. For example, We may send You promotional offers on behalf of other businesses, or communicate with You about Your use of the Services. Also, We may receive a confirmation when You open a message from us. This confirmation helps Us make our communications with You more interesting and improve Our services. Please note that if You do not want to receive legal notices from Us, those legal notices will still govern Your use of the Services, and You are responsible for reviewing such legal notices for changes.
If You have previously used other services provided or operated by STAGE14 INC and MANUMATIX INC, then We may automatically import and/or access Your Personal Information stored by those services, to simplify Your registration process with Us. Such imported or accessed Personal Information will be treated as any Personal Information that You may provide to Us directly.
B. Information Collected Automatically: Whenever You interact with our Services, We automatically receive and record information from Your web browser or Your mobile device including Your IP address, cookie information, and the web page or the specific application feature you requested.
Log files data. Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile device each time you make a request to access (i.e. visit) a web page or app. It can also be provided when the content of the webpage or app is downloaded to Your browser or device. When You use our Service, Our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol address ("IP"), browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our Users which then help Us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of our Services.
Device identifiers. When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our Service, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more device identifiers. Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may contain without limitation the data stored in connection with the device's hardware or device's operating system. A device identifier may deliver information to Us or to a third party partner about how you access and use the Service and may help Us or others provide reports or personalized content and ads. Some features of the Service may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.
Metadata. Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted. Users may have Metadata added to their User Content including a geotag (e.g., to mark your location to a photo), comments or other data. This makes your User Content more searchable by others and more interactive. If you geotag your User Contentor then your latitude and longitude will be stored with the photo and searchable (e.g., through a location or map feature).
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
4. WITH WHOM YOUR INFORMATION IS SHARED
We may share your User Content and your Personal Information (including without limitation, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, usage data, and profile information) with businesses that are legally part of the same group of companies that we are a part of, or that become part of that group ("Affiliates"). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Service (including by providing analytics) and Affiliates' own services (including by providing you with better and more relevant experiences). We also may share your information as well as information from tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service to you ("Service Providers"). Our Service Providers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms. We may also share certain information such as cookie data with third-party advertising partners. This information would allow third-party ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to You. We may remove parts of data that can identify You and share anonymized data with certain other parties. We may also combine Your information with other information in a way that it is no longer associated with You and share that aggregated information.
A. Advertisers. We allow advertisers and/or merchant partners (collectively, "Advertisers") to choose the demographic information of Users who will see their advertisements and/or promotional offers, and You agree that we may provide any of the information We have collected from You in order for that Advertiser to select the appropriate audience for those advertisements and/or offers. For example, We might use the fact You are located in Atlanta to show You ads or offers for Atlanta businesses, or restrict ads for those who may be under 21. We may deliver a file to You through the Services (known as a "web beacon") from an ad network. Web beacons allow ad networks to provide anonymized, aggregated auditing, research and reporting for Us and for advertisers. Web beacons also enable ad networks to serve targeted advertisements to You when You visit other websites. Because Your web browser must request these advertisements and web beacons from the ad network's servers, these companies can view, edit, or set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a web page from their site.
B. Affiliated Businesses and Third Party Websites We Do Not Control. In certain situations, businesses or third party websites with whom We're affiliated may sell items or provide services to You through the Services (either alone or jointly with Us). You can recognize when an affiliated business is associated with such a transaction or service, and We will share your Personal Information with that affiliated business only to the extent that it is related to such transaction or service. One such service may include the ability for You to automatically transmit Third Party Account Information to your Services profile or to automatically transmit information in your Services profile to Your third party account. We have no control over the policies and practices of third party websites or businesses as to privacy or anything else, so if You choose to take part in any transaction or service relating to an affiliated website or business, please review all such businesses' or websites' policies.
C. Service Providers and Agents. We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share Your information with them to provide products or services to You. Unless we tell You differently, our agents do not have any right to use the Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist Us. We provide some of our Services through contractual arrangements with service providers and other third parties. For example, if You were to order products sold on our Website, we must release Your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment for products and services purchased on our Website, release Your address information to the delivery service to deliver products that You ordered, and provide order information to third parties that help Us deliver the services.
D. User Profiles and Submissions. Certain user profile information, including without limitation a User's name, location, and any content that such User has uploaded to the Services, may be displayed to other Users to facilitate their interaction within the Services or address Your request for Our services. Any content You upload to Your user profile, along with any Personal Information or content that You voluntarily disclose online in a manner other Users can view (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, etc.), becomes publicly available, and can be collected and used by others. Your name may also be displayed to other Users if and when You send messages or comments or content through the Services, and other Users can contact You through messages and comments. You should be aware that such information, along with any information disclosed in Your communication, can be collected and used by third parties and may result in unsolicited messages from third parties. You acknowledge and accept that any submissions to chat rooms or other public areas of the Services are accessible to all third parties. If You do not want your comments to be viewed by third parties, You are advised not to make any submissions. Ultimately, You are solely responsible for all activity conducted by You via commenting, communities, forums, message boards, chat rooms, etc. Please be careful and responsible whenever You are online.
Additionally, if You sign into the Services through a third party social networking site or service, Your list of "friends" from that site or service may be automatically imported to the Services, and such "friends," if they are also registered Users of the Services, may be able to access certain non-public information You have entered in your Services user profile. Again, we do not control the policies and practices of any other third party site or service.
E. Business Transfers. We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that would be transferred. Also, if We (or our assets) are acquired, or if We go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, Personal Information would be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.
F. Protection of Us and Others. We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that We reasonably believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Us, Our employees, our Users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
G. With Your Consent. Except as set forth above, You will be notified when your Personal Information may be shared with third parties in personally identifiable form, and will be able to prevent the sharing of this information.
4. WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED.
5. THE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
Your account is protected by an advanced registration and login protocol linked to your email account and/or mobile phone for your privacy and security. If You access your account via a third party site or service, You may have additional or different sign-on protections via that third party site or service. To make online purchases You must use an SSL-enabled browser in order to protect the confidentiality of Your personal and credit card information while it is transmitted over the Internet.
We endeavor to protect the privacy of Your account and other Personal Information We hold in our records, but We cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while We strive to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, You acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond Our control; (b) the security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between You and Us through the Services cannot be guaranteed and We shall have no liability to You or any third party for loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration of such information; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party.
In the unlikely event that We believe that the security of Your Personally Identifiable Information in our control may have been compromised, we will notify You as promptly as possible under the circumstances. To the extent We have your verified e-mail address, we may notify You by e-mail and You consent to Our use of e-mail as a means of such notification. If You prefer for Us to use another method to notify You in this situation, please e-mail us at email@example.com with the alternative contact information you wish to be used.
6. WHAT INFORMATION YOU CAN ACCESS

7. Processing of Personal Data; GDPR
To the extent We are a processor or subprocessor of personal data in connection with the Services, we make the commitment in the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to all customers in GDPR's jurisdiction effective May 25, 2018.
8. WHAT CHOICES YOU HAVE
You can always opt not to disclose information to Us, but keep in mind some information may be needed to register with Us or to take advantage of some of Our special features.
You may be able to add, update, or delete information as explained in the WHAT INFORMATION YOU CAN ACCESS section above. When You update information, however, We may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. Please note that some information may remain in our records after Your deletion of such information from Your account. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after You update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify You personally. If You are unable to update or delete information through Services, contact Us at email@example.com and We will be able to help.
